Derby Law Centre staff offer an in-court advice and representation service at Derby County Court in conjunction with Derbyshire Housing Aid and Derby CAB.  You can receive free legal advice on housing posession and debt at these sessions.  We operate the following no-appointment drop-in services:

The Court building is immediately adjecent to the old bus station.  As there are several major construction schemes in progress in the centre of Derby at the moment, causing severe traffic delays, those travelling from outside the city are advised to use public transport AND allow extra time for your journey.  For a map of the location click here.
