Derby Law Centre is able to provide representation at ACAS for the resolution of unfair dismissal disputes.  We maintain links with and work in cooperation with trade-unions, agencies, community groups and other organisations involved with employment issues.

Derby Law Centre can prepare for and undertake instruction of counsel in appropriate cases.  We have been awarded an LSC quality mark in Employment Law.
